How we use the information families share with us

Tender Trails Childcare collects only what we need to answer questions, schedule visits, and enroll children. We treat that information as part of the trust families place in a home-based program — not as something to market or share.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you share one, the topic you select, and your message. We use that information to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Enrollment records — including health notes and emergency contacts — are kept for the care of your child and as required by Maryland child care rules. Only people who need that information to care for your child, or to meet those rules, should see it.

Photos of enrolled children are not published on this website. Stock photography is representative and is not of children in our program.
