Enrollment is open year-round, and spots fill quickly — we care for eight children at a time. Call, email, or send a message and we will walk you through availability, a visit, the waitlist if we are full, and the paperwork needed to start.
Tours are the best way to feel the house: see how the day flows, and decide if Tender Trails is the right fit for your family. We send the enrollment packet after you inquire. Questions and feedback oriented toward a positive outcome for your child are always welcome.
The process

Call (240) 927-8746, email [email protected], or use the contact form. Tell us your child’s age, the days you need, and whether you need wraparound care around school. We will check availability — or add you to the waitlist — and answer first questions, including government scholarships.

Share your child’s age, schedule needs, and anything we should know. We follow up with the enrollment packet so you can review it at home, not on the doorstep.

Visit our Laurel home at 7901 Aylesford Lane. See the house, and walk through a typical day. Come with questions — about routines, meals, rest, or how we partner with families.

Return the packet with immunization records, emergency contacts, and any health notes we need to care for your child well. Then we plan the first day together. Separation can feel hard — a short, cheerful goodbye and a consistent drop-off ritual help most children settle quickly once you go.
